Free Ladybug Pattern

Here's instructions and a link for my first sewing pattern: a ladybug! It's really simple, and a great project for any kid who wants to learn how to sew. You can use either a sewing machine or your hands and a needle. Both work. In the picture, the yellow one is hand stitched and the turquoise one was made with a sewing machine. The picture proves that you can use both!
I'd also like to say that you don't have to use a normal ladybugs' color patterns. Who has ever seen a turquoise ladybug with lime green spots?

  1. Hi Hallie. I love your ladybug pattern. I made a ladybug the other day with my wife and two daughters. It was so much fun. Each of our lady bugs were a different color pattern. They look so cute together. Thank you!!!!!!

  2. I used Hallie's pattern to make the cutest blue ladybug with green spots. Not only is it a cute softie, but can also be used as a pillow for a doll! Highly recommended!
